Office of Intelligence and Analysis as a subcontractor to PKH Enterprises providing Program Management support to the Information
Sharing Coordinating Council (ISCC). We also supported the US Coast Guard as a subcontractor to General Dynamics Information
Technology. We have supported several small business government contractors in bid and proposal assistance.

We
will assist the Government in supporting mission requirements for advanced warfighter technologies, operations and missions,
as well as other relevant or related US Government missions by providing at a minimum, the following four functions and the
associated tasks: Facilitate and support the development of strategies and concepts for confronting irregular challenges and integrate them into Joint
concepts, doctrine and policies. Facilitate and support Capability Identification, Demonstration,
and Transition of Projects that address urgent
operational needs and enable rapid fielding and transition of enhancements to capabilities for confronting irregular challenges. Facilitate and support coordination with other Services and Agencies to build relationships that enable integration to confront irregular challenges
into coordinated U.S. government and international partner approaches. Facilitate and support
institutionalizing an approach to confronting
irregular challenges across the processes, plans, and programs.
